Yay! Completed my morning swim!✌?Really didn't want to get off my bed to swim this morning but I "forced" myself to get out and get changed and boy am I glad I overcame this morning inertia. Day 18 completed!✌?

Some of you are wondering what's with the D16 etc in my instastories; if you followed my Story, @jeffrey_xu and I are doing a #100DayChallenge ; basically to cultivate a good habit of exercise and breaking the bad habits (mainly mine actually) of a sedentary lifestyle and taking time out to get out of the house and breathe in some fresh air.

SO, today is Day 18. Sometimes I still feel "that" inertia to not go(don't we all???), but I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every day of exercise. Sometimes, it's a simple flight of stairs in the MRT station or to my home; walked to my neighbouring supermarket and ofo-ed back; even did some gym with my Mom! (Check that out in my highlights!) I believe small steps are also a step forward to a better lifestyle and habits! Don't belittle your little efforts to change❤️
