After shampooing: Soak the towel in hot water (be careful). Squeeze it so that water gets out, but the heat is retained. Let it slightly cool off before putting it on your head. Enjoy these relaxing minutes before it cools off! The hot towel allows the mask to penetrate deep into the hair roots which makes the treatment so much more effective! ENJOY!
