INSPIRATION | With Verticals, 1946/1983 (screenprint) by Anni Albers. Our newly released AW18 collection is inspired by Bauhaus textile artist Anni Albers – using geometric intarsia and chevron jacquards. We have created modern variations on 1980’s proportions; mutton sleeves are re-interpreted on slouchy and layered shapes. Handkerchief hem draping puts a novel spin on classic knitwear bodies. Much like Albers we are exploring the technical limits of woven fabric. Wear art like you mean it. .
