??‍♀️Does the gym routine get boring sometimes? I know I’m not always exited to go to the gym. Do you agree yes or no in the comments please.?? _ If you feel like your in a rut at the gym start mixing it up. Take a Zumba class or a group exercise, try swimming laps, or just get outside and get active. Mixing things up keeps your body guessing, boxing requires you to use different muscles than lifting weights. It incorporates cardio as well so your building and burning. All exercise works remember that. Exercise is only about 20% of your results so find what is fun for you and what works for the goals you have. Be consistent and get an accountability partner to help you stick to a routine. _ I have a lot of clients who say they are scared or ashamed to do a group class or go to the gym. That’s like saying I’m shamed to go to the hospital even though I’m fighting for my life. It’s okay to be scared but fight through it. To this day if I go to a group class I go to the back of the class lol but it’s okay because I show up. Don’t let fear stop you from your greatness. Go out there and kick ass, learn something new and inspire others!! _ I did Tae bo years ago ... anyone else? lol ? I lost a lot of weight doing it too. My gym has a boxing room so I wanted to see what I remembered moved. Apparently not? and I realized I can only box on one side, my right. He said "try the other side" I was like no I can only kick your ass using my right.
