Sometimes I feel like I can’t get out of my head, I’ll overthink the smallest things because part of me feels there’s always a “best” way and a “better” option even if it’s irrelevant and won’t actually make any difference. I’ll feel kinda.. insane because I don’t want to care but can’t help it, & in my brain I’m like IT DOESNT EVEN MATTER, but yet it still “does”. ?? NOW the thing that helps most when I’m in my head is to go outdoors for some fresh air, to read, or to go hang out with friends. -
