This night. This song... Anyone who’s done a retreat or training with me knows I love playing this song in Savasana. There is that moments toward the end where it peaks and the crescendo is just so unbelievably moving and it’s impossible not to feel everything that’s here, now. I usually crank the volume up high and go sit with someone on the verge of an opening. Sometimes I just hold them. Hands, feet, shoulders. Or I place my hands on their heart and breathe as they cry. I cry in pretty much every Savasana I lead. It’s inevitable. I use music for different emotion and this song I play to burn. Hearing it live with 60,000 people singing it out loud was... Hard to explain. I was in the Luna Shala and at the Rose Bowl all at the same time. @エド・シーラン you hold incredible space. Thank you @snowpatrol for the tickets and the set and the best new album and @jenpastiloff for being the link that ties us together and @aceyogala for the super company.
