It’s called ‘The Happy Balanced Life Group’ and is a 10 week, online female only fat loss group designed to help you look and feel and feel you best and learn how to stay that way.

Basically it’s a chance to work with the man himself and have the support of other women working towards the same goals. And they 10 weeks of training programmes, a new home HIIT workout posted every week, example diet plans, live Q&A every week to ask me questions and they can ask questions in the group
