Alaska’s @kenaifjordsnps and #kenaipeninsula is a temperate rain forest, so it’s no surprise the weather is often rainy and gray. The hiking is varied. One minute you’re in the canopy and the next you’re headed up an ice field. Our content director recently visited with her #sapphiremidBdry and #campsters and both delivered like champs. The Sapphires are an awesome travel boot—sleek and good looking but also #TrueToTheTrail—and the campsters did double duty, perfect for slate rock beach walks and good for lounging in post-hike. They were also unflappable on the insanely inspiring Kenai fjords boat tour (6 hours of sea, mountains, glaciers, whales, puffins, and more!).
