Sometimes the only way to go forward is to retreat ✨

I can safely say I am rested and relaxed after another amazing week at @juicemasterretreats!! I also feel a lot more confident about my impending half marathon which is fantastic mews as I was starting to sweat from the back of my knees every time I thought about it! ?

Juicy O is one of my favourite places in the world because it’s one of the only ones I truly relax. In everyday life I struggle to switch off, I very rarely sleep well and more often than not I am riddled with anxiety but at Juicy O the majority of that melts away. I hike every morning, train hard, do classes, dabble in yoga, get massages and in general just chill and look after myself. For me, it is the perfect place to remind yourself it’s important to have some time for yourself- to focus on the mind, body and soul.
Huge THANKYOU to all the wonderful team there who simply can’t do enough for you and have the BEST energy!! Lil and esme, special shout outs to my girls!
THANKYOU to my buddy @raywooldridge for accompanying me on yet another trip to better ourselves- you’re the best company friend ?

And finally huge THANKYOU to the man himself @Jasonvale. Really pleased to call you a friend Jason. You inspire me everyday! Hope you @juicykatieb and gorgeous little JJ are well and can’t wait to catch up soon!
