Intentional energy clearing has changed my life over the past couple of years, and I think it’s extremely important for all to utilize. How often do you take the time to clear the energy from the day before? How often do you intentionally call back the parts of yourself you may have unintentionally left in previous situations? There are so many instances when what we are feeling Now isn’t even ours. When we cannot even feel what there is to feel Now because we are hoarding so much energy from days that have already past. It’s time to stop carrying around shit that no longer serves you then acting surprised when life feels heavy. It’s YOUR responsibility to clear it. So with that being said, I thought it might be beneficial to some of you to list a few of my favorite ways of clearing stagnant energy: * Self-reiki * Smudging. (I usually use sage, cedar, palo santo, or frankincense. Buy your smudge sticks from small businesses if you can.) * Clearing and smoothing my aura with selenite * Yoga (consciously stretching and sending breath to particular areas) * Spoken intention/meditation * Water meditation is one of my very favorites. Speaking and breathing intentions into my cup (Yes, it quite literally changes the structure of the water!) and imagining it clearing any blocked energy throughout my body as I feel it flow through me.? * DANCING! DANCING! DANCING! * And of course, time spent in nature, and as much as possible placing your bare feet on Mama Earth (Earthing!). To wake up every morning and make a conscious effort to release stagnant energy, to situate myself in the present moment with clarity, is something I have made as important as drinking water. And in doing so, it has enhanced my life in magical ways. I hope (I know with conscious effort) it can do so for you as well. All of my love!
