Got myself out of London this weekend & managed to snatch some time to do something I love. .

I’ll be honest, it’s taken me a while to realise how important ‘me time’ is as a working mummy as I’ve always felt the pressure to constantly spend what free time I have, focusing on India. .
.
Cannot tell you how refreshed I was after an hour riding & what a better mummy I felt - suddenly the whole tea, bath & bedtime routine didn’t seem like such a chore... (please tell me I’m not the only one who dreads this time sometimes?! ) .
.
Sometimes it takes a friend to push you (@luluadamsfitness ) to do this .. so let yourself be pushed out of your usual routine occasionally, and try think outside the box - it really doesn’t always have to involve a GNT ... or a glass of wine ? .
