A happy soul 💫
經常在練習完forrest yoga後
會聽到別人說這個班裡的走出來的學生都會發光
這就是能量會散發出的氣場
訓練還有兩天就要結束了
早晚的練習讓我感覺又重新認識了一次自己
也學到了很多新的知識
心裡默默期待着趕快回來給你們上課☺️
