I’ve been pushing myself really hard with workouts this month, which is never easy but I always love challenging my body. Over the last week I’ve been having horrible nerve pain and haven’t been able to sleep at night because of the pain. Today I decided to take a break and I went for acupuncture, took a bath and a put on a face mask. It really reminded me that taking a step back and listening to your body is so important!??#thebestmeforme
