It's #WorldIronWeek and whether you're an athlete, or just busy with everyday life, iron is so important for our energy, focus and immunity. Women and children in particular are most at risk of developing low iron levels, but it’s super easy to boost your iron intake. Red meat of course is a great source of iron, but also eggs, veges, grains and fruit all contain some iron as well. Having a glass of orange juice with a red meat meal is even better, because the vitamin c helps you absorb the iron more effectively.
