. “The day before the competition, I felt uneasy. There was a little voice in my head telling me that something wasn’t right and I had this gut feeling that I was going to mess up." .

I was reminiscing about my experience at the World Cup in Japan a few weeks ago and thought I might share a little bit on my blog about the competition and how I dealt with this feeling... .

I hope it can help other gymnasts that ever come across this feeling before a competition, or at least let them know it's not just them that feel this way - and that it doesn't mean they are going to mess up!!? .
