Mothers of Missing sons and daughters still protesting in 35degrees heat by a road side for nearly 600 days . Sri Lanka has 100 000 of these missing sons and daughters. Now they are laminated hanging by a road side.

This is where human rights violations gets you in this world. It gets you to be the number 1 tourist destination in the world. It gets u cheap salves for sports brands for the West and it gets you a pop star who is called M. I. A. If there is 1 thing (maybe couple things) I can ask the world or universe for, through the release of this documentary then this is 1 of them.

The closure on what happened to their kids. The government has the list of names of people who are still held vs the people who have been killed. They need to release the names on the lists so these families can have a chance at rebuilding what's left of their lives. the government needs to make an effort to heal this country so its not a beacon for hate racism and state oppression and human rights violations but actually a place to be proud of. This list is all they want. What they want is what I want, the unreleased List of 100 000 MIA tamils. What do we need to do to make this happen?
