Here we go..Bugsy’s story and update. PLEASE don’t continue reading if you get upset by tragic stories. Bugsy was found in his home along with his deceased owner, a deceased dog and a deceased cat. Apparently their human was dead for 2 weeks before he was found. Bugsy appeared to be in pretty bad shape when he was rescued by @puppykittynycity . Transported to Long Island Vets, we know that he’s approx 14-15 yrs old and his medical team at LIVS is coming up with a plan to treat his issues: he has a big tumor in his mouth, horrible teeth, heart disease (doesn’t need any medications right now), a mass on his spleen and a mass on his adrenal gland and terrible arthritis. He is being a good patient and is happily going for walks and getting loads of love. He will be available for adoption once we get his medical issues on track.
