For those asking what I do to keep my milk supply up, I actually make it a point to take my megamalunggay capsules a few times daily! I started taking it upon entering the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy so I’d like to think it’s helped me keep up with Leon’s demands! ? so with that, I’d love to share some goodies with other mamas out there! :) Here’s what you have to do!
