Shoot while on assignment for @ナショナルジオグラフィック working on a story about 3D printing, “Just Push Print”. A replica of a #Homohabilis skull from the National Museums of #Kenya emerged over 15 hour process from a 3-D printer. The #Turkana Basin Institute and the National Museums of Kenya teamed up with a software firm to #createafricanfossils.org to showcase many of the iconic fossils discovered in East Africa. Files to print 3-D copies for educational purposes can be downloaded from the site. The software was developed by #AutoDesk and this video was shot at the headquarters in San Francisco. #earlyman @atedge
