Don’t set out to build the best wall that’s ever been built, set out to lay each individual brick as perfectly as you can. You will notice that with every brick we lay it becomes a bit easier than the last. But if you only focus on the end result you will quickly find yourself feeling overwhelmed way before you even have started. No one really believed in my when I decided to make my transition into my new division......but I believed in me.

What first started off seeming like an impossible feat, with each passing day of training (with each brick I laid) the more excited I have become and no longer was I frightened of the challenge in front of me. So if I can encourage anyone out there to do something it is to believe in and challenge yourself so that you may feel the exhilaration of victory. #FlexFriday
