@matttothemiller Spent a few days out here in this amazing weather. The moon rose perfectly through the opening in the trees, and I could definitely feel fall coming soon. Winter isn't my favorite, making any kind of work in the woods harder, but this year I'm looking forward to it. Make sure you check with the local regulations on where to camp. And always make sure to leave the spot just like you found it. Use camp sites that are already there to avoid clearing vegetation for new spots. Most parks do not allow camping too close to water, but this is a small lake in TN, and the rules are clear in the area that this is acceptable. This is also not a state park or NP. There is even a campsite on the water. This is okay for this lake, but please check to make sure to check with the area you are camping at.
