Another #sentimentalsunday @womenshealthmag feature 7 years ago. Even though this photo depicts me as extremely happy and blissful on the outside, I was actually experiencing extreme anxiety and depression on the inside. Working 16 hour days straight into touring for Glee Live, I never sat down, I never stopped saying yes to things, I never took vacations, and I never considered how Heather was feeling during all of this. Now I’m proud and honored I got to be a part of this beautiful feature but as you look at this, let it be a reminder to all those out there ready to start there ideal careers or even begin a new relationship, stay true to you and listen to that little voice inside of you telling you how your mind and body are feeling. No one else can give you that; it’s YOUR body and YOUR mind. Stay true to you ??
