It’s the one week countdown to our last 3 day 2018 retreat and we think this might be the most exciting one yet.
Across the week we will have @clarebournephysio from @sixphysio ensuring safe and effective post partum exercise (along with 50% off a health check?) Her partners in crime are the mega @luluadamsfitness and @earnyourroast who will be running a variety of exercise classes.
@thestrengthtemple will be hosting daily Yoga classes to help our mums build strength and improve mobility and flexibility. Be prepared to find your inner zen ?‍♀ @fayes_fitness will be showing our mums how to let loose on the dance floor ?

@mamas_scrapbook is back again with a session on post-partum mental health.
Parental coach and child behavioural expert @letsasklivvy will help mums create personalised and family specific strategies to tackle their everyday parenting challenges?
@annabelkarmel will run a cooking workshop and share her top tips on making sure our little ones are getting the right nutrients?

@secretspauk will be on hand to help our mums relax with a wide range of beauty treatments ?and

@foodbycassie will be serving up some delicious food ?
And all of this is just for the mums.
@theweddingcrecherz have created their own mini tribe retreat for the babes. There’s a good chance they’ll have more fun than the adults.
We will be live streaming as much as we can so do let us know if there’s anything specific you’d like to see, or any questions you’d like answered.
