when motivation is at a lowwwww I can’t be bothered to move my butt around various machines lol!?

all I want to do is stay put and get er’ done. thus, a minimalistic approach to building some delts? (and a bit of tricep work for a finishing touch?)

✖️barbell front raises: 3x10
✖️skull crushers: 3x12
✖️barbell bench press: 3x12

\\ unfilmed: 10 min warm up, and I did wide grip bench press before this
