A sweet and savory side dish from @paleo_newbie_recipes featuring @Flavorgod Seasonings BACON LOVERS Seasoning.

INGREDIENTS:
4 slices bacon, chopped (reserve 2 tbsp of the bacon fat)
1 lb peeled and diced raw sweet potatoes or yams
About 10 Brussels sprouts, halved or quartered
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp parsley
1 tsp @Flavorgod Seasonings BACON LOVERS Seasoning
Salt & pepper – to taste
Olive oil, if needed.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook bacon just until browned. Leave about 2 Tbsp of bacon fat in the skillet.

Add sweet potatoes to skillet and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until tender – about 6-8 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium and add chopped bacon, Brussels sprouts, ginger, and the garlic to skillet. Sprinkle with @Flavorgod Seasonings BACON LOVERS Seasoning and cover skillet for a few minutes to merge flavors, stirring occasionally.

Uncover skillet and continue to cook 3-5 minutes longer, or until sprouts are wilted and lightly browned. Add a little olive oil if needed to finish cooking.

Season with salt, pepper and an extra dash of @Flavorgod Seasonings BACON LOVERS if desired. Serve hot and enjoy.
