I'm SICK and TIRED of how declawing vets are DECEIVING the public about this inhumane and mutilating procedure.
Declawing is NOT a simple procedure! It is barbarically AMPUTATING 10-20 toe bones off a kitty!
It ALWAYS harms the long term health and well-being of a cat.
THERE ARE ALWAYS EASY, HUMANE OPTIONS LIKE SCRATCHING POSTS, NAIL TRIMS, DETERRENTS, ETC!
Enough is enough of this cat cruelty that is being done to around 5000 cats each day in America. ???

***A quick check on this vet practice revealed that they charge $228 for a declaw for a 2 year old cat. A spay/declaw is $273. The employee said that all their docs do declaws and they do them ALL the time. They use scalpels for the declaws, but you can get a laser declaw which is more pricier and their docs aren't as skilled at them.
