Omg!!! This looks soooo good @rachelnicolefit ? She’s a fellow mom and part of my @1stphorm #phamily ! Her son is sooooo cute and she is the sweetest / coolest girl ! ❤️ Follow Her if you don’t already! She is Mom goals ?
Phrench Toast:
?1cup unsweetened almond milk
?4 egg whites
?1tsp stevia ?1scoop Level-1 cinnamon cookie batter protein ?dash or 2 of ground cinnamon ?Your choice of bread (I used Nature's own wheat bread)
? olive oil cooking spray ?Sugar free syrup (try Cary's sugar free)

1-Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a whisk or use a mixer (I wouldn't recommend hand held bc it can be messy ?)

2- Heat a skillet or large non-stick pan to low and spay with cooking spray -
3-Dip your bread until covered in the mixture and drop off excess(don't over soak or bread will fall apart)

4- Place bread in pan and let cool on each side until desired level of brown. The key is to slow cook so that you do not burn the toast!

5- Top with sugar free syrup and enjoy!??
yields approximately 8 pieces of toast depending on size of bread .
