ARKET is one of the first brands to introduce the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS), an independent and voluntary certification that makes it possible to trace the wool used in each product, from the individual garment all the way back to the farm. The goal of RWS is to protect the sheep that supply the wool and the land on which they graze. Products made from RWS-certified wool are already available in our A/W 2018 collections, and we aim to gradually shift all our merino knitwear production from organic wool to RWS-certified wool.
