Healthy steamed cod with kimuchi cooked on Steam Grill ?
1️⃣Mix Kimuchi with sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken broth and mirin (or Japanese sake (optional)) in a small bowl.
2️⃣Heat the grill for 3 minutes over medium heat.
3️⃣Place the cod fillets and bean sprouts on the grill.
4️⃣Put the kimuchi over the fillets, add water in the water pocket and steam it covered for 5 minutes.
5️⃣Leave until it’s cooked.
