The animal (e.g. dog, cat, bird etc.) abuse is seen or heard every day in Japan.
The animal protection law of the nation does not function well.
The criminal are only supposed to pay the money as a penalty, and
that's all for most cases.
There are some volunteers trying to help the animals,
but their voice is not loud enough for the lawmakers.
As a result, it can be said that the life of the animal is
regarded not so important in the nation.
Please help us out of the problem.
I am sure of your power to let the people know
the sad situation mentioned above.
The nation allows the companies to have a pet shop where
the animals (e.g. dog, cat, bird, etc.) are sold.
In addtion to it, the government has the centers
to kill the animals which are not owned or hanging around in the towns.
About thirty thousand animals (mostly dogs and cats) are killed
in the cernters one year.
