It’s the first full week of fall weather in our town and the colors are already shifting. You know that smell that just appears outside this time of year? Wet leaves and earth and that subtle shift? I always find it kind of melancholy, but I love that it’s an excuse to lean harder into fall colors and rich jewel tones and flowers that have a depth and richness to them that are so different from summer. This floral cake that @bakingbutterlylove shared in #dsfloral has all my favorite fall colors. Let’s break out the jackets and do this, fall. ??????
