Es muy importante que en medio del desastre luchemos por respetar y mantener la individualidad de las personas, con el fin de que no se conviertan en víctimas, sobrevivientes o refugiados. Es por ello que, para las personas que perdieron sus hogares en el terremoto que sacudió a México el año pasado, Hábitat para la Humanidad, Fundación PepsiCo y yo estamos construyendo 180 casas; las cuales se diseñaron de acuerdo a la personalidad y necesidades particulares de cada una de las familias. En comunidades como Tlaquiltenango, por ejemplo, son los propios habitantes quienes están ayudando a sus vecinos a reconstruir el tejido social y a edificar nuevamente sus casas... todos juntos. It is so important that in the middle of disaster that we fight and respect to keep people's individuality so they don't become victims, survivors or refugees. And that's why for the people that lost their houses last year in Mexico's earthquake Habitat for Humanity, the PepsiCo Foundation and myself are building 180 houses each one of them design with the families according to their needs and their personalities.
