As promised, this is the first ever Memphis Jookin video to go viral on the web. Filmed in March 2007 at the @udigdance academy. The Jooker in this video is @jookindp one of my mentors and one of the best street dancers in the world. His fluidity, clean hits, bounce,smooth transitions and incredible illusions, amongst other traits, transcends. When watching this try to remember that this is a TRUE street dance and get past the fact that the music is really vulgar like many famous artworks that live in museums. Once you can do that, you will appreciate the raw beauty and grace displayed in this video that’s obviously ahead of its time.
