It’s my birthday! Ok my loves, I’m going to open up bc it feels like that moment, but 34 was one of my toughest years! I learned a lot! I learned that life isn’t always perfect, and that’s absolutely ok! Don’t kid yourself and hide behind your imperfections thinking they will eventually go away, they won’t! Embracing them doesn’t mean defeat, it means the opportunity to grow beyond them! I’ve learned that being unapologetically yourself (even if you are constantly growing) truly allows you to be the best version of yourself that can inspire others and while you may try to please people, you will never succeed until you start with numero uno! I also learned that giving to yourself is crucial! Filling your cup first everyday means that you can give more to the world, so don’t feel bad about it! More than anything, I’ve learned to live in the moment, something I never did before, because truly it’s the moments that make memories & write your history
