My blood boils over this. I cannot understand how this behavior is tolerated by decent people. This is the man sitting at the highest seat of our government MOCKING a woman who has been assaulted in order to rile up his audience and gain applause and feed their anger and hatred. This is a man who is telling people how scary it is to be a young man to feed their entitlement and paranoia because it makes them willing to do what he wants. This man feeds the worst parts of our human nature by doubling down on blame and fear and GOOD PEOPLE are buying it. I know it’s bigger than just him, and I know this post is basically yelling into the void—but I am so appalled by how he walks through this world, and the example he sets forth. He is the saddest monster as far as I’m concerned. So take that, void.
And by the way, I don’t care if you burn my cds. I hope they help you make s’mores in your backyard and some little ghost comes to you by the flames between the marshmallows and whispers in your ear “oh my darling dear one. You’re just scared. I understand. The world is scary and change is hard and you don’t have the answers and neither do I. But he has a dark heart.. let’s find another way.” and you believe it. ?
