Pt.2 Cleaning up the waxes ??? After the moulds are injected with hot wax they’re left to cool and the solidified designs are removed ? They’re then inspected individually for “flash” (thin excess wax) or wax injection errors (bubbles/holes, filled in design etc) ✌️After, these waxes are Lost-Wax-Cast into 925 Silver or other precious metals like Gold or Platinum on request ? Here you can see us cleaning up some wax pieces using a scalpel; we use the back of the blade to knock-off flash and the sharp end to cut in detail or remove the larger errors ?
