HAPPY 30th BIRTHDAY @thismorning!!! I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the entire team for so many of the amazing opportunities you have given me personally over the years: from my first ever live tv interview for Geordie Shore (swipe along for that throwback pic! #cringe), to my amazing trip to the amalfi coast with my @ファーン・マッキャン and finally my wonderful stints as both a presenter of their showbiz section and their ‘I’m a Celebrity’ segment!

On top of that the constant hours of entertainment your fab show and presenters have given me! I can’t remember my mornings without @hollywilloughby and @schofe or @ruthlangsford and @eamonnholmes aswell as all the innuendos, cheeky interviews and fits of giggles!! Special mention to my man @rylan aswell who for me will always be synonymous with the morning powerhouse!!! To all the gorgeous behind the scenes team, producers, camera men, directors, Vivek, Martin, harry (the list in ENDLESS!) THANKYOU for letting me be a part of this last 30 years!
