今日はラルフローレンピンクポニーチャリティーイベントに参加しました！乳がんを筆頭に女性のがんや健康を見直すためのイベントで、CrossFit トレーナーのAYAさんのワークアウトのレッスンを受けました。レッスンを通して、健康をチャリティー精神で見直す機会ができてよかったです！健康をこれからも維持して、定期的に乳がん検査もしようと改めて思いました?
