Well being for me is feeling good so I can do my best in all that I do. And how do we feel good? How can we in this madness, in this explosion of noise, everything shaken, how do we get into balance? A lot of things unbalance me, there are hours that I'm so unbalanced and there are so many things to solve and I can not think. So yoga and breathing help me a lot, I'm a really fan of Ashtanga Yoga, it's been 5 months since I started practicing. I do at home, I tidy the rug, there I have a space with all my crystals. I like Buddha, I like Jesus, I like saints, I like everything, I am eclectic! I was in chaos, I only had enemies, people did not like me, people thought I was difficult, I was stressed, it seemed like something was missing from me, you know? We're always looking outside, right? “I need this! They only have that”. You will never be satisfied, you always need something, but when you look inside you and say: what I need is to calm down, breathe, practice yoga and meditation so I can see that we here are one experience and everything goes away I am a much better person today than ever before. When I'm not stabilized, if I realize this in myself, I go to the bedroom, I relax, I take a breath. My children grew up listening to their mother's scream and today I am a much more balanced mother. We're not breathing properly when we're in trouble. Cortisol bombing in your blood and you want to act, then you calm down and think “oh my god, why was I so stressed? Meditate is not stop thinking, because our head does not stop for a minute. It is you breathing and being present at that moment. You breathe in and you let go. It sounds like the sound of the sea. You have to love yourself, because you also have God in your heart so you have to love yourself because if you do not love yourself you can not love the other. And you forgive yourself, because we make mistakes. There are 4 magic words that open this positivity, this energy of light in your life: I love you, I'm sorry, forgive me and I'm grateful.
