The leopard had dragged its kill up the tree as leopards will do, and the lion climbed up to have some of the meal, but then the lion looked like it was going after the leopard as they are competing for the same territory. As the leopard is lighter it was able to stay on top of the acacia tree limbs and the lion couldn’t quite reach it. If you look closely you will see that the leopard it blind in its left eye. Eventually the lion came down the tree and wandered off. One of the most bizarre things I’ve seen! #tanzania #lion #leopard #wildlife #africa #safari #nature #conservation @natgeoexpeditions
