It’s rare to find beets in a typical Japanese super market. I got lucky when I passed by a local who was selling veggies on the street. So random lol This beet root was made in a local farm in Hiratsuka. All I did was peel and boil them with some potatoes and cook them in a pressure cooker. it’s so good I don’t even want to add salt lol #simpleisbest #localveggies #beetrootsoup Color turns red after leaving it overnight. #bonapetit
