You know what they say: no one does it alone. And for me, more and more these days, I realize I can't. I wanted to take a moment to congratulate our new Executive Chef for New York, Fitz. He's been with us for almost two years, and has earned my trust and respect. He is often the first one in and last one out, his team is fiercely loyal, and even though he hates taking photos, he humored us with this one. People ask me all the time what is the toughest part of running your business, and my answer is that it's in finding the right people. Glad to have found you, Fitz.
