Love seeing how style has evolved. This was in 2014 i believe when my class was a lot more simple because no one was moving like this in a heel...so the process of teaching my pocket took a lot longer, hence why my routines were 5 seconds long. Is this perfect? No. Am I judging this as if I’m someone else? Most definitely. I can sit here and correct myself until I’m blue in the face but, what i will say is Kudos to me for being so in my own pocket and as innovative as possible without stepping on anyone’s toes. Have I gotten that treatment in return? Of course not but that’s what comes with being creative. If you’re an innovator be prepared to be copy n pasted to death as if others created the style you created for yourself.
It doesn’t take much to give credit where credit is due. This is why I love so many of my students, they know who got their line right. I appreciate anyone who cares about truth and searches for more unanswered questions. It take a lot to handle someone like me, I’m fully aware of that so I have to thank the students that have been fearless enough to go through this journey with me. I don’t do this to have fans, to demonstrate/Show off and be about me me me....I want it to be about you you you. I don’t have a class without you so Thank you all for accepting what I have to share.
