What does it feel like to be a man? Especially in 2018.
This weekend a group of solid citizens got together to explore our inner workings. To ask tough questions about pride and shame, among other things. To sit with emotions that are usually repressed and to have witnesses there to hold us accountable.
We challenged the ways we’ve been conditioned and how we can break the cycle of things that simply don’t work for us. How we can better support the women in our lives as well as our fellow man.
We laughed, cried, confided, supported, meditated, and emoted with new brothers. Growth comes from pushing past emotional and physical barriers. I am a man with a lot more to accomplish within myself, but this weekend has ignited the fire inside my belly.
