“I realise there’s something incredibly honest about trees in winter, how they’re experts at letting things go.” This months theme has been all about letting go for me. Bye bye old habits, bad memories, old triggers and any toxicity. Until we clear space we won’t find room for that new new, the sparks the feels the excitement! I’ve finally figured out how to forgive (I used to hold on to hurt and anger, yuck yuck yuck). Now it’s all about trusting in ways that I’ve never trusted before. The same way the trees trust new leaves will grow I guess ????
