Finally arrived in Portugal after a 3 hour delay on my flight- I’ve wrote today off as a bad job and got straight into bed. I’m shattered and want to be fresh as a daisy for tomorrow!! And the It’s back to what I do best and like the most (no not drinking you bastards)- working hard, tough training, great company and tidal waves of motivation and inspiration from all the amazing people around me!! I’m at @prestigebootcamp this week- to get some clarity, get back on track with my wedding bod and feel good about myself!! And I’m absolutely buzzing!! These pictures were from my brilliant week at @no1_bootcamp in Norfolk btw- a different camp but similar principals and a great team too- I’ve been lucky enough to visit both this year while training for the #GNR and looking for a positive outlet for my grief. I’m grateful for those opportunities to push myself and to become a better, stronger person ?
