It’s been a journey. Lately I’ve been stuck between living a blessed life while feeling emotionally heavy. Almost feeling guilty for having “issues” when, on the surface, I have nothing to complain about. I say none of this for sympathy. I say this because this is more common in most of us than admitted. But just know that all of your cares are valid. God knows your entire heart. Wealthy, poor, healthy, sick, tall, or short... you have a right to feel. You have a right to process.
