Arrived in Germany late last night after 31 ish hours of travel! Got some of the funk out today with a lot of stretching, a lot of sweating & some singles at 90/110. Definitelyyyyyyy feeling a bit strange & jet lagged making for some weird timing and nonexistent legs, but not so bad for day 1!
