Trying for the novelty sake and mainly the soy-milk chicken-based broth that’s transformed into a vivid green. Never mind that the matcha contributed more of a visual than taste effect, the soup was still slurpy good and not greasy. I liked the creativity touch of walnut and pomegranate seeds too.
Perhaps I should start bringing my own Chilli padi cos there was no other seasoning except black pepper which made no difference of course. •
