YOGA TEACHER TRAINING LET’S DO THIS!! Day 1 of 23 begins now. So excited to welcome this group to their @island.yoga home for the coming month. I am in complete trust. It’s odd, I like to have everything prepared and “perfect” before a big program and right now nothing is. Baby is sick, I’m getting over a cold, the house is a mess, our nanny left the country, Dennis is leaving for Iron Man on Wednesday... But I feel an overwhelming sense of calm.
